John Little found guilty on an indictment for the murder of James McEvoy, by beating him on the head with a stone in the parish of Richmond on 23rd June 1795.  He was also charged with the murder of Sarah King (wife of James McEvoy), by the same means, in the same place and at the same time.

The above two were both ordered for execution on Saturday, 1 August, but respited till the 3rd.
